  Iced chocolate was great, as was the shepherds pie. However the staff were... how do I put this nicely...?
  
  They didn’t care, they were chatting to each other ignoring customers until one lady asked them if they were ven serving or standing around all day. I ordered food and she didn’t even say thank you?
  
  I work I. Hospitality and I would NEVER treat customers like that, it’s distasteful ... I would fire her on the spot! Unless you’re after more one star reviews....

  Went in Thursday afternoon and the girl that was on was amazing! She was training another young girl and she was so polite telling us she won’t be a moment than when she came over to serve us she had the biggest smile and greatest attitude! every time ive been in there she is always there and the best staff member there! Even if she is having a rough day it doesn’t make her service any different! Best coffee I’ve had in atherton and amazing food!

  Drinks were yummy.... However the young(ish) blonde girl who was working alone seemed super grumpy and it was such an uncomfortable feeling. She looked like she hated her job and serving people... Was kinda rude.... And she had some bloke standing at the end of the shop who she was gossiping to about some issues at work.... Bit rough and awkward :/
  Friend mentioned the other day that another worker was also super grumpy..... Bad vibes!

  This is what I saw.
  
  An unexcited, uninviting face greeted us this morning. This is the owner. She wore earphones and didn't bother to remove them whilst she waited impatiently for our order.
  
  As I sat and waited, I saw her greet her milk delivery man and her next customer with a lovely, bright smile, as she went about taking another order, still with her headphones in.
  
  I went to collect my order and saw her speaking to herself and realised she was on an active phone call and I'm guessing since before I walked in. She'd served 2 customers and greeted her milk man all whilst on an active phone call. How rude!
  
  I happily give one star for her soy caramelatte, it was delicious. And another star for a spotless venue. However, my customer service experience is way below par of other franchisees of GJ's, it was a very poor effort this morning. Please try harder, especially since you're the Owner.

  Could have been better. Pecan pie was not warmed up and had no cream on the side. They forgot the pie and had to be reminded. Sandwiches were average. Nothing special to bring us back.
